We have shouldering alliances to help us acquire digitized point cloud of the components to be manufactured. The micron level accuracies we maintain have helped us win many assignments over our competitors. We predominantly use non-Contact 3D laser scanner and CMM to acquire the point clouds. We are set up with high end point cloud software "Imageware" from EDS PLM and “Icemsurf” from ICEM to generate the surface models.
